I’m not much into health food;
I am in to champagne.”

Caribou Lou by Tech N9ne is the OTHER pina colada song:
“151 Rum, Pineapple juice and Malibu
Caribou get them all numb
Make baby girl come, out of her shell and raise hell
Don’t stop till the cops come.”

However you roll, this is the best pina colada jello shot recipe this side of the tropics!

How To Make Pina Colada Jello Shots

• 1 Box Pineapple Jello
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1/2 cup CANNED Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 cup Coconut Rum
• 1/2 cup Triple Sec
• 2 tbsp Cream of Coconut

Dissolve jello in HALF cup of boiling water and HALF cup canned pineapple juice. Remove from heat. Add the rum and triple sec. Stir in coconut cream. Pour jello mixture in to your Jellinator and fill your shot cups FAST. No mess! No stress!
Refrigerate until set (approx. 3-4 hours). Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
Yield: 15 shots
