Thank you for shopping at The Jellinator! We want to make sure your order arrives fast and mess-free so you can get the party started. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.
  • Please note: During high-volume holiday seasons (such as the 4th of July, Halloween, or New Year’s), processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, as well as military addresses (APO/FPO). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery once shipped.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster options (such as 2-Day or Overnight delivery) are available at checkout if you need your Jellinator in time for a weekend bash.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak holiday seasons, which are out of our immediate control.

3. International Shipping

We want to bring the Jellinator to parties worldwide! We currently offer shipping to select international destinations (including Canada, the UK, and Australia).

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Jellinator is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International Delivery Times: International shipping times vary widely depending on the destination and customs processing, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window stated on your tracking link, please contact us through our website with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via standard postal services. Expedited or overnight shipping may not be available for these specific address types.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Missing Packages

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot change the delivery address.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: The Jellinator is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
