At Jellinator, we love doing the research so you don't have to. There are plenty of Jello Lego recipes online, but we've narrowed it down to the two easiest and most reliable methods.
Best of all? One version can even be made into jello shots!
No mess. No stress. Just Jellinator.
Two Ways to Make Jello Legos
There are two popular methods for making Jello Legos, and each has its own advantages.
1. Jiggler Method
The Jiggler Method creates soft, classic jello bricks that hold their shape well while remaining easy to bite.
Best For
- LEGO® birthday parties
- Colorful desserts
- Edible building blocks
- Adult versions with alcohol
- Fun family activities
Bonus: You can easily turn these into boozy jello shots by adding your favorite liquor.
2. Candy Method
Originally inspired by YouTube's The King of Random, the Candy Method creates chewy, gummy-style Lego bricks.
Unlike the Jiggler Method, these don't require refrigeration. Thanks to the addition of corn syrup and extra gelatin, they cool to room temperature and develop a gummy candy texture.
Best For
- Children's birthday parties
- Party favors
- Candy buffets
- LEGO® dessert tables
Either way, you're going to have just as much fun eating them as you did building with them!
