1. Jiggler Method

The Jiggler Method creates soft, classic jello bricks that hold their shape well while remaining easy to bite.

Originally inspired by YouTube's The King of Random, the Candy Method creates chewy, gummy-style Lego bricks.

Unlike the Jiggler Method, these don't require refrigeration. Thanks to the addition of corn syrup and extra gelatin, they cool to room temperature and develop a gummy candy texture.

Jello Legos – Jiggler Method

Ingredients

• 1 box (3 oz.) flavored gelatin
• 1 package Knox® gelatin
• 1 cup hot water
• Silicone LEGO® mold or ice cube tray

Optional Adult Version

For boozy Jello Legos or jello shots:

• Use ½ cup hot water to dissolve the gelatin.
• Add ½ cup vodka or your favorite alcohol after the gelatin has dissolved.

Directions

1. Dissolve the flavored gelatin in the hot water.
2. Sprinkle the Knox gelatin over the mixture.
3. Let it bloom for about one minute.
4. Stir gently until completely dissolved.
5. If making an adult version, stir in the vodka or alcohol of your choice.
6. Allow any bubbles to rise to the surface.
7. Pour the mixture into your Jellinator.
8. Fill the silicone LEGO® molds.
9. Refrigerate until completely set.
10. Carefully unmold and start building!

Jello Legos – Candy Method

Ingredients

• 1 box (3 oz.) flavored gelatin
• 2 packages Knox® gelatin
• ½ cup cold water
• ¼ cup corn syrup
• Silicone LEGO® mold or ice cube tray

Directions

1. Combine the cold water and corn syrup.
2. Sprinkle both the flavored gelatin and Knox gelatin over the mixture.
3. Allow the gelatin to bloom for several minutes.
4. Stir until combined.
5. Heat over medium-low heat for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Remove from heat and let the bubbles rise to the surface.
7. Skim off any foam.
8. Pour the mixture into your Jellinator.
9. Fill the LEGO® molds.
10. Allow to cool completely at room temperature.
11. Unmold your gummy LEGO® creations.
